I think that not nearly enough critiquing happens here on DA. Hell, not enough communication happens for most of us. I see a lot of people with pages and pages of "Wow, that's great!" and "Ooooooh... aaaaahhh...," but nearly none with "Well, I woulda done this instead..."  I'm not saying that some of the praise is undeserving, I've done my fair share of brainless wow-ing. What I WOULD like to see change is for every bit of praise you give someone, you spend an equal amount of time helping those that aren't quite to the oooh/aaah stage yet.
